.This page is for issues concerning the protection of our Fourth Amendment rights. Hopefully I won't need to update it as often as it seems the second amendment page seems to need, but I know there have been political and corporate attacks on the Fourth Amendment. Like Real I.D. Act and the Radio Frequency Identification/ RFID technology, aka verichip. And, then there's the Patriot Act which allows the government to wire tap calls without any probable cause and allows for unwarranted searches and seizures if you are thought to be a terrorist or supporter of terrorist organizations and activities. In which case, anyone who openly shows dissent towards the government in any fashion, theoretically and in actuality, could be considered a terrorist or supporter of terrorism.
